Our client is a Financial Institution and acting the agent of stock exchange market data.
This position will be responsible for the well-rounded IT services support, systems administration and network configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-users technical IT support
- Oversees the system and network performance of data center
- Provide support and measures to system security and data
- Assist in server administration, troubleshooting and backup
- Provide end-user software applications and computer hardware support
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- 2+ years' experience in technical support, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Familiar with computer hardware, servers, network, VM platforms and monitoring systems
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
