Our client is a insurance company in Hong Kong, they are looking for a System Operator to join their team for monitor their daily system and network
Responsibilities
- Execute all production and maintenance jobs as directed by the supervisor and specified in the operation documentation
- Monitor and control all production jobs being processed according to the schedule
- Report all hardware and software failures to the supervisor and produce relevant reports as directed
- Responsible for daily system processing and report distribution with good quality
- Revise and update operation documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Sciene or related IT discipline
- Minimum 1 year's relevant working experience is preferred (Fresh Graduate also will be consider)
- 5-day work per week
- With shift duty (3 shifts) is required including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday
- 3 Shift (0800-1600 / 1600-11:30 / 0800)
- Keep good communication and co-ordination with team members and end users
- Immediate available is an absolute advantage
