Duties:
- Provide daily Data Centre operational support, such as system and network health check and monitoring
- Perform batch job processing and monitoring
- Monitor daily backup jobs and backup tape handling
- Perform 1st level of trouble shooting, incident logging, resolution and escalation to the supervisor
- Perform inventory and logistic control, access and security control for data centre operation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- At least Form 5 graduate or above
- 1 year working experience in computer operation and customer support data center is an advantage
- Good knowledge in operating Linux, Windows, VMWare platform is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in hotline support and data center operations
- Shift duties to support 24 hours' operation are required, 12 hrs per shift duty
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Safety card is required
