Job Description:
- Familiar with Insurance Authority guideline related to sales practice
- Conduct daily quality assurance for sales channels
- Identify non-qualify sales practice according to internal guidelines and insurance products natures
- Prepare Management Report for sales call performance
- Design and conduct training programs, material, and sales script to support all sales channels
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and/ or external partners for effective training development
- Assist QA & Training projects as assigned by Team Manager
- Maintain accurate CPD and QA Training records for internal review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years Sales Training experience in life insurance or banking field
- Possess sound life insurance knowledge, holder of IIQE paper 1 to 3
- Proficient in MS Work, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferrable
- Self-motivated, innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Multi-tasking within time constraint
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
