Job Description
- To coordinate and manage of daily CPE order and fault tickets, support field engineers and internal parties with effective order/Ticket management and service coordination
- To close monitor on CPE order and fault ticket progress, provide status update report to team leader or Unit Manger
- To dealing with internal parties, external parties / end-users for schedule appointment
- To provide good customer service on handling services repair enquiries; cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently
- To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need
Job Requirement
- Diploma holder in business administration, IT engineering or related field, or equivalent with 3 years working experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
- Good in both written and oral communication skills in both Cantonese and English
- Experience in worked on telecommunications arrangement is an advantage
- Working Window: Mon - Fri 8:30 - 17:30; Saturday 08:30 - 13:00 (Alternate Saturday Off)
