We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Suppot/System Engineer to join a HK listed company. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive technical support for system and hardware.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective technical support to Hong Kong and Macao office, including senior executives within the group.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems related to servers and network infrastructure.
- Provide second tier help desk support to internal users to ensure smooth daily operations of different systems & platforms.
- Deliver system training to users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively utilize the systems.
- Travel is required
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in helpdesk support & network/server management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, O365, etc. is preferred.
- Good command of both English, Chinese & Mandarin languages.
