Our client is a well-established corporate in Hong Kong. They are searching for an Internal IT Trainer / Change Manager Specialist to provide trainings to all IT users within their corporate. The appointee will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Deliver IT related training to end-users via face-to-face, online material sharing, videos, etc.
  • Identify and analyse the business users skill gaps in various technologies they use on a regular basis in practical work scenarios based with relevant demonstration, skill transfer/development for business users to adopt the use of IT services and solutions effectively
  • Support and plan the whole training from planning, setting up, managing the resources, coordination, material preparing, documentation handling, etc.
  • To analyse the training related data
  • Drives overall users' satisfaction through the training and communication of deliverables
  • Able to understand the core messages required for a given change program and subsequently to articulate and deliver clear messages appropriately depending on audience
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • A recognised university degree or relevant disciplines with proficient IT skills;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with exceptional skills in IT services and solution training, presentation, communication;
  • Self-initiative, experienced and strong in communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong in training, sharing and listening skills with patient, empathy;
  • Understand the Change Management about IT services and solutions for business users, strong in facilitate and motivate business users throughout the transition journey;
  • Good in deliver and articulate IT technical concepts/features in layman terms for effective communication;
  • Positive thinking, good working and learning attitude, work independently, presentable and acceptance of responsibilities;
  • Good presentation, documentation and report writing skills in English and Chinese;
  • Good spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Willing to travel and accept short-term overseas assignments as and when required
