Responsibilities:
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining network systems (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points).
- Monitoring network performance and resolving issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Implementing and managing network security measures for protection against unauthorized access and threats.
- Troubleshooting network problems and minimizing downtime through timely resolution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.
- Conducting regular performance analysis and capacity planning for future needs.
- Managing network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' experience in network implementations and operation
- Technically proficient with LAN, WAN, switches, routers and firewall
- Capable of working different stakeholders, such as internal team and vendors
- Hands-on experience in router & switch management for H3C/ Cisco/ Juniper; and firewall management on SonicWALL/ Palo Alto/ Checkpoint
- Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
