My client is a top-notch fintech company, currently hiring a senior backend engineer.
Main responsibility
- Analyzing requirements and designing back-office solutions, ensuring timely implementation and adherence to quality standards.
- Converting clients' business needs into well-crafted architectural designs.
- Creating comprehensive technical specifications, covering various architectural and data aspects.
- Collaborating with external partners when necessary to accomplish the assigned tasks.
- Working closely with internal development teams throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Supporting business users and IT operations according to service level agreements.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT discipline.
- 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in information systems design and software development for high transactional online system/payment gateway integration.
- Possess hands-on experience and deep knowledge in the following areas:
- Java frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JAX-RS, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Azure cloud platform & Kubernetes.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in architectural design, software development, implementation, integration, and launch. Experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential.
- Exhibit strong communication in both verbal and written English & Cantonese.
