Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support on computer hardware and software in a corporate network environment
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Requirements:
- Qualifications and/or experience in a related discipline
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems
- Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and network protocols
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining IT hardware
- Developed interpersonal and communication skills
