Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements, design documents, and test plans.
- Collaborate with application development team to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as Business Analyst or Analyst Programmer with .Net development experience
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
