Our client, is a telecommunications company in Hong Kong, is looking for an Technical support to join their APAC Technical Support Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via incoming call, both remotely and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and records
- Conduct data backup and restoration tasks in POS system
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with a focus on technology or relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in end user support
- Solid experience in Window office, Mac, mobile devices (iPhone, Android) and servers set up
- Knowledge in Microsoft O365, Windows OS and Apple IOS.
- Willing to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skill
- Strong communication and coordination skill.
