Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via incoming call, both remotely and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Maintain IT inventory and records
  • Conduct data backup and restoration tasks in POS system



Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with a focus on technology or relevant field
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in end user support
  • Solid experience in Window office, Mac, mobile devices (iPhone, Android) and servers set up
  • Knowledge in Microsoft O365, Windows OS and Apple IOS.
  • Willing to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skill
  • Strong communication and coordination skill.
