Responsibilities
- Provide remote or on-site IT support including hardware to software to APAC end users
- Collect and analyse end users' requirement and suggest solutions
- Coordinate with Regional IT Manager and internal IT team on supporting and project rollout in office retails stores
- Monitor and manage IT equipment and handle IT procurement for office, retails store and warehouse
- Follow IT policies and procedures on incident and service request management, log and follow up the incident cases
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 1 years' experience focusing on providing user and technical support on Window Sever, Office applications
- Good knowledge of networking hardware, Microsoft O365, Windows OS and Apple IOS
- Retail industry background is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with stakeholders at various seniority level
- Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin would be an advantage
- Occasional travel may be required
