A Global bank is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Digital Transformation to join their dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of technology-related changes within the organization. You will be responsible for driving efficient and effective change management processes, minimizing disruptions, and maximizing the adoption of new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies and plans to support technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and stakeholders, to assess the impact of technology changes on existing processes and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management processes, making continuous improvements to drive efficiency and maximize adoption.
- Stay abreast of technology trends and best practices management and incorporate relevant methodologies into the organization's processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in digital transformation or change management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Extensive experience across various corporate banking operations function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
