Our client is one of the major international banks and financial services organisations, who is seeking for an IT Service Desk Support to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to end users
  • Collect and analyse end users' requirement and suggest solutions
  • Manage various system administrations work
  • Follow IT policies and procedures on incident and service request management, log and follow up the incident cases
  • Assist in managing hardware & software inventory and maintain up-to-dated inventory record



Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 years' experience focusing on providing user and technical support
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Windows OS
  • Independent, customer-orientated, a team player with good communication skill.
  • Good command of English and Chinese
