Our client is one of the major international banks and financial services organisations, who is seeking for an IT Service Desk Support to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to end users
- Collect and analyse end users' requirement and suggest solutions
- Manage various system administrations work
- Follow IT policies and procedures on incident and service request management, log and follow up the incident cases
- Assist in managing hardware & software inventory and maintain up-to-dated inventory record
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 1 years' experience focusing on providing user and technical support
- Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Windows OS
- Independent, customer-orientated, a team player with good communication skill.
- Good command of English and Chinese
