Responsibilities:
- Develop network design plans, support, configure and implement network service
- Monitor, maintain and set up firewalls & Security system, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network equipment
- Troubleshoot network issues and identify network performance improvements
- Administer and provide technical support for all sites and systems, ensure the network design and implementations meets the clients' need
- Work with project teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related field.
- With 2 or more years of working experience in network support and IT security related
- Solid hands-on experience in Fortigate firewall, Router, Switch SDWAN, SDN etc.
- CCNA holder will be an advantage
- Less experience will also be considered
