The responsibilities will include but not limit to:

  • Ensure smooth operation and prompt service restoration for IMBS, IEPL, IPVPN, GIA and Customer Networks Service round-the-clock by planning the manpower and setting procedures
  • Monitor and review service performance provided by Center Operations, coordinating with various departments, counterparts, and service partners to initiate improvements.
  • Manage and motivate a team by maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and service availability
  • Response quickly and effectively to network issues and incident
  • Work with the team to troubleshooting and resolve problem
  • To monitor and achieve the KPIs of the Center Operations



Requirement

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in telecommunication field or Network Operation Center (NOC)
  • Solid experience in international transmission work OR submarine cable system
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Being on call 24x7 support are required
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
