Senior IT Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities:

• As the role of Business Analyst, implement and maintain the Contracts Management System. The system shall be built in with the established governance control process and cover the functions such as performance appraisal, contractual documents submission workflow, insurance, bonds, approval and email notification, etc.
• Responsible for the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of the contracts management dashboard.
• Ensure the timely renewal of the recurrent contracts and alert teams for the potential delay.
• Monitor the post-contract-related submission in compliance with the team stipulated in IT contracts, such as performance bonds, insurance, etc.
• Monitor the performance of IT contractors, compile performance statistics and initiate corrective actions to performance problems.
• Work closely with IT teams and Procurement to conduct final review of funding papers prior to management approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
• Certificate in ITIL standard will be an advantage
• 3 years of relevant experience in administration of IT contracts or experience in procurement
• Solid experience in writing funding papers and business cases is a must.
• Solid experience in liaison with multiple parties.
• Good communication and clear presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with good commercial and business sense.
• Attentive to details and able to work independently.
• Excellent of spoken, written and comprehension in English and Chinese.
• Less experience will be considered for junior position.
