A leading Entertainment Company is currently recruiting an IT Program Manager to join their fast-growing team for the large and complex scale programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of large, complex, high-impact, and/or multiple project workstreams as part of an initiative
- Effectively lead programs and projects to achieve defined business outcomes
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
- Management of project resources related to project tasks, risks, and any acceptance criteria and signoffs
- Promote new solutions, methods to improve business processes, efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline
- Prior experience in Program Management working with Agile development teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in project management tools and software (e.g. JIRA)
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and deliver large scale or complex initiatives across teams with competing priorities
- Exhibits good business judgement with the ability to overcome obstacles and think strategically to solve problems
- Strong strategic thinking skills, project management experience and analytic abilities
