Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead teams to deliver projects to top line customers
- Plan and monitor the project progress toward achievement of strategic goals and make timely adjustments to ensure successful outcome of sales strategy
- Manage and control project implementation within schedule, cost and quality
- Motivate team members to provide quality work and manage well on customer's expectation
- Standardized procedures and prepare docuemnation
Requirement:
- Degree holder in IT or other related discipline
- Holder of PMP is a must
- At least 5 years' working experience in customer servicing industries, banking / finance / insurance projects or other projects
- At least 5 years' or above relevant project management experience
- Excellent analytical skill and customer/user management skill is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Self-motivated character with "can-do" attitude and proven multi-tasking ability to meet critical deadlines
- Well organized, result-oriented and having good problem solving skill with detail analytical mind
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Project Manager
