Our client is a famous international fashion company.

Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for providing first level support for around 150 users in Asia Pacific on site and remotely, and will be working closely the IT team in Denmark.

Job Responsibilities:


* Users training in an effective way
* Provide supports for uses proactively
* Work integrated into a virtual team distributed world-wide
* Daily support for the Asia Pacific offices in person, by telephone and email
* Ticket handling for worldwide users
* Maintain the mail groups for Global Sourcing offices
* Work closely with Communication/Corporate Identity and Administration Team for digital and IT projects/tasks
* Ad-hoc onsite support tasks


Job Requirements:


* F.7 or above
* Minimum 2 years relevant experiences on IT Frontline Support Service
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and 2010 solution platforms, possibly Microsoft SharePoint, Azure Active Directory admin centre and Microsoft 365 admin centre
* Customer service mindedness, patience, helpful, humble and mature

* Good communication ability in both Chinese and English is a must

* Occasional travel is required
