Successful candidates will be contracted to our client in public sector to perform the below duties:
- IT support services for end-users;
- Regular PC upgrade and patching;
- System administration and account management;
- System monitoring, health check and data backup;
- Inventory records management.
- Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computing subjects or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years post qualification IT working experience of which 1 year experience in similar capacity;
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration, System Backup Operation, Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support, PC LAN Support and Windows 7/8/10 are mandatory;
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
